I've been invited by AC to join Facebook. Since I still don't have an account there (I think), I decided to make one. I started my account last week pa ata. Facebook is fun... I forgot to blog about what happened in my 22nd birthday bash. Haha..Anyway, t'was on the night of October 5, 2007 when I celebrated it with my college friends (iBerks). I invited them for a simple dinner (and probably inuman afterwards) at Gerry's Grill in Glorietta.
When my hon and I arrived on the said place by 7pm, we got shocked when we saw how crowded the resto was! JAMPACK talaga! So what we did was, we got a reservation in the waiting list for 2 restaurants(Gerry's and Giligan's). Yeah, both restaurants were crowded but to be sure, we reserved na lang. Since it's still early, we strolled in Glorietta first. When we entered the mall, hon got something from his bag. I got surprised when he showed me a Silverworks paperbag. "Ano toh?" "'Pag toh singsing ibabalik ko toh sa'yo ah" Hehehe.. That was my initial reaction. But heck, as i opened the small box, I was surprised because inside it was a silver bracelet. "Awwww...sweet!" Well, it's about time for him to replace the bracelet for me. Hehe joke! So yeah.. We strolled and strolled until we noticed that it's already 8pm. Time to go back in those 2 restaurants to check if we were already called. Darn! In a span of an hour and yet we have'nt been called??Ampness! Hahaha... Sadly, we waited in the bench while we were calling about the whereabouts of the gang. Joel, Nil and Kapow arrived first.. Then, Andrew... Then, Jamyks. Timecheck: it's already 9pm! Naknang! Ang tagal naman! "Wala pa ba kami?? Anong petsa na??" You guys were lucky we haven't met for a long time so we just spend the time chatting. Then, I realized I forgot to invite for Juancho. So, I kept calling him thru his cellphone but he didn't answer. Hon reached him by calling their landline. Then, finally the receptionist announced my name and said seats were already vacant. Great! It was already 9:30pm when we got those seats. Argh.. Hon and I ordered the food and drinks for the folks. While we were freakin' waiting, Pachi arrived! Whew! I thought she ain't coming. Hehe! Then, Hersh and Ralph arrived. Great! Almost all the peeps has arrived and yet the food we ordered hasn't arrived yet.. Is that what you call service?? Oh wait... So that's why there's NO service charge!!! Now I get it.. When the food arrived, everything was pigging out! Hahaha.. Yeah we starved to death in waiting. The sisig was great by the way. Boo to that seafood soup.. It was too salty. Then, Juancho arrived. Everyone suddenly became quiet. I didn't know why that time. But now? I don't know...
Since the service was suppppeeeerr slow, we transferred a "hangout spot".. We went to Seattle's Best, Greenbelt. I thought I will paying for their Latte's.. haha.. Good thing it was KKB. We hangged out there until 2am. Yeah t'was already October 6th! Mah birthday... The gang greeted me. That night was fun! Thanks for all those who came!
The night of October 6th, my family, hon and I went to Dampa, Seaside. We ate in Sharmilla's! Their buttered shrimp and calamares = the best! This birthday bash is definitely added in one of the most memorable events in my life.

Yeah, it's kinda late. I told you I've been busy last week so I just watched it last saturday. Haha.. Almost a week late. Anyway, the episode was so bitin. Oh well, that makes Heroes exciting to watch. You'll feel eager to watch it and couldn't wait for monday again (wednesday here in the philippines-not by the time zone but time to download in torrent or watch it online) I love the part where Claire cuts off her small toe with a pair of scissors only to see if it will grow back. (just like lizards) It did...Stig.. Tawa ko lang kung hindi nag-regenerate...hehe!
I've been busy this week. Either at work or other stuffs. Last friday was cool, if it isn't for that rain. Amphh. We hanged out in Trinoma. First in Taco Bell then in Krocodile Grill. There were 9 of us who ate dinner there: namely pach, hersh, me, my hon, joel, kapow, nil, francis o., and sandy. After a sumptious dinner, we went to Timog. Thanks to kapow for the transpo! Hehe.. We looked for a bar that has cheap beer and food. Kapow suggested Quattro Bar and Restaurant. The place was crowded and they couldnt accomodate us anymore. So we waited outside and got added in their waiting list. After around 20-30 mins., seats were already vacant. I ordered my fave cocktail drink, margarita.. We had share stories, laughed crazily, capture great moments, vanity, etc... They have a huge beer mug called "Mucho Mug".. Haha.. Alex bought some of his gangs. Don't really know their names.. hehe..Oh, Sir F and his gf tagged along too. That night was crazy and fun. We stayed there until 3:30am i guess. Here are some of our crazy pics:

Matagal ng pinaplano yun pero kanina lang na-confirm na matutuloy kasi Kapow started the YM Conference. Haha.. Kulitan... Then, after lunch may another conference naman. RE: Alumni Reunion.. Grabe sa dami ang nag-join. Saya! Si Ms. Chatang may pakana ng conference.. Hahaha.. kulet. Umapaw sa trippings, asaran at kung ano-ano pa ang usapan. Nakakamiss tuloy ang school. Lolz!
Yay! I'm exited para mamaya.. Wohoo! I miss them na kasi... mga bagong sweldo ang nakararami kasi katapusan ngayon (supposed to be) pero AKO? wala pa!!! Badtrip!!!
Oh well.... Ok lang naman kasi may utang sa akin si Hon >:) Yun muna pang-gastos ko mamaya...Yeah!
Finally, after Bataan(?) magkakasama na uli kami... Too bad 'di kompleto. Wala si Jo, Aes and Jamyks(confirmed na 'di makakapunta).... hmmm sino pa ba? Pero okay lang nman.. Anyway, I know it will still be fun..
Finally! I watched the most awaited Season 2 of Heroes (Chapter 1).. I'm an avid fan of this series...and It's been 4 months since the Season 1 ended... So that's why the Season 2, Chapter 1's title was "Four Months Later"..haha...But heck, it's worth the wait.
The Second Season was premiered last September 24, 2007 (Monday) at 9pm. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to watch it becase it was a Tuesday morning here in the Philippines and I have work... 'Doh! Yesterday, I spent an hour searching for a copy of the video streaming thru the Internet. I've search youtube, digg and other "video provider" but then it wasn't a success. Only trailers, interviews, reviews of the said series were available. I've used my internet skills but then nothing happened.
This morning, all my prayers has been answered. A video was already available. YATTA!!! (i shouted like Hiro)... After lunch, I headed for my pc and watch the whole episode. Besides, It only took me an hour to watch it. I will have to spoil some of the scenes there so for those who haven't watched it yet, don't read the content below...haha..
Short Summary of Season 2, Episode 1: -The Bennet family moved to California. -There were 3 new characters: Alejandro and Maya(somewhere in Honduras), and a dude named West from Claire's new school. -Hiro Nakamura went to the past (year 1671) and met Kensei -Hiro Nakamura's dad died.
.......was Paris Hilton's! Wahaha... My hon and I went to David's Salon Waltermart to get my new haircut. I headed in the salon first since my hon was caught in traffic. I looked for Victor but then I have to wait in line because other customers kept booking him also..haha!..So, I waited for my turn outside. After 15 minutes, the receptionist called me and said It was already my turn. They shampooed and conditioned my hair.. Alas, my hon arrived. His arrival was just on time.. He sat near me so he could see how my haircut would turn out.
While waiting, I grabbed a magazine to read. Then, a very nice massage. Aaahh...That was a good massage. Then finally Victor approached me and asked what style am I going to have. I told him that I want Gretchen Barreto's cut but then he told me that hers was too short, that It might not look good on me. "Mag-mumukhang siopao".. So I suggested for other celeb's hairdo. But then he told me "Sige ako na bahala".. Oh oh.. It sounded like it would turn out a nightmare or "trust me on this". Keeping me fingers crossed, I let him do his job.. I didn't really observed the way he cuts my hair 'coz I was reading magazine, YES! magazine and Good Housekeeping magazine to be exact. Plus,there's the fact that I want to be surprised so yeah... When I felt that my haircut will be finished, I starred on my mirror and said "That's exactly what I want!"... but no bangs?Haha.."I want my bangs back", I said. Victor said, "Ok, but not thick bangs. Bangs that would just give a side bangs." I actually liked the new 'do.. the Paris Hilton 'do.
Hon was fascinated but then he told me that It looked like my head got big. Haha! "Lumaki daw mukha ko"! :)) Oh well, that's ok. I feel more comfortable with my new hair...I liked it.
After that, we ate in Red Ribbon.. Their lasagna was heaven! Matched with four season drink and a sansrival for dessert...super heaven! Hon bought cake for my mom's birthday. Yikee! Nagpapalakas! Then, I bought half gallon ice cream... We went home and surprised mom. Her birthday celebration was like a fiesta... She had 3 birthday cakes(courtesy of Mayor Binay,hon and Kuya Lloyd), 3 bilao of canton(courtesy of Kamayan), Kenny Rogers roast chicken,fried chicken,fixin(mac n cheese,potato salad,mac salad, mash potato,gravy,carrots&corn(courtesy of sis), coke and sprite for drinks and the ice cream (courtesy of me)...food galore!!! Oh i forgot...FUNDADOR and BLACK LABEL! haha...Dad invited some of his Kamayan friends for some inuman.lolz!
Seryoso..I want a new haircut! I've been eyeing to either have Gretchen Barreto's new 'do.. or Victoria Beckham's, Katie Holmes', Renee Zellweger, or even Paris Hilton's new haircut! Nyahahaha... I even searched thru the internet to check out other styles. Basta I want it short yet cute and stylish...I want it sleek and manageable.. I'm gonna cross my fingers, hoping that the new haircut will suit me....for my hairstylist Victor from David's, gandahan mo ah!
Yup.. I have no gimik later. But it's a good thing for me. I finally have more time to rest. Whew! My hon and I just went out last night. He didn't have OT so we decided to meet up. He fetched me up from work. Well, just outside our building.
We hanged out and eat merienda in KFC. I missed eating there na kasi.. hehe. Then, we checked the schedule of movies in Waltermart. Great! I Now Prounce You Chuck and Larry is already showing. I've been waiting for the film since I saw their trailer. Before we decided to enter the cinema, we played in Timezone first. Fun, fun, fun! I actually had a great time that night! I just love Adam Sandler and all the gang who usually stars from "Happy Madison Production" like Rob Schneider.. :)
I laughed out so hard during the shower part. I won't elaborate on that one, since I don't want to spoil. haha! Watch it na lang!
After the movie, we went to Pizza Hut for a take-out. Thanks to the Palm Card, I can have the other pizza for FREE!
After work, I'll be just resting.. I have to be fully charged for tom's gimik again. haha!
I admit that I'm always late in everything.. well if not always,maybe most of the time? haha... I have this tendency of being lazy. maybe because I always think that I could be there in that place fast (especially within Makati area) since I just live nearby. I've come to realize that it couldn't always be like that. I should allot enough time in case there would be traffic and other things that might delay my trip.
Actually, i couldn't count the times that my hon and I fought over this topic.. that most of the time I'm late in our date, meeting, gimiks and such. Just like the other day.. *sigh* Last sunday, we made an agreement that I have to be in Araneta at 1pm sharp. Together with his sister, brother, and brother's girlfriend, we went there to watch the UAAP Cheerdance Competition 2007 . I didn't want to go there but then the ticket was already sold. So yeah, I left the house at 12:10pm, after eating lunch. I already estimated the time and I was sure that it would take me only 45 mins. to arrive at the agreed meeting place. But then I was surprised by the line in MRT. Kamusta naman sa haba ng pila? Time check: it's already 12:35pm and yet i'm still in MRT Maga. The crowd in MRT is sick. Mala-sardinas!
Great! It's already 1pm and I'm still in MRT Santolan.. I'm late (again) for sure.. tsk tsk.. Okay one more stop and i'll run fast as the wind. As the MRT door (or whatever you call it) openned, i rushed and headed in the escalator. My phone rang, and yeah, my hon's already calling. *PATAY!* He said, "Oh saan ka na?" "Dito na sa escalator, sige na at low bat ako eh..tatakbo nako.", I replied. I rushed through the stairs but then the place was also crowded..wait i'm coming! As I approached him, his face was telling me "Ano ba yan late ka na naman!Yan tuloy ang dami na ng tao" As we entered araneta, the side of UST was already full eventhough it's still early. To think that the cheerdance would start at 3pm. Gosh! My hon was telling me "Yung isang tao kasi dito late eh.." Yeah yeah..i know it was me who he was talking about. and it's my fault.. So yeah..There's no more chair for us..So what we did, we went to Lasalle side.. There's enough chairs but then the view wasn't good. Nasa gilid kami and the dancers was facing the FEU and UST side. Throughout the entire dance performance, I was just so quiet. Though I cheered for UP. Their performance was amazing! Thanks to their costume. It made a wonderful effect. Congrats to them! The second placer went to UST. Then the 3rd placer went to FEU. Congrats to all the winners!
After the cheerdance, we went to Taco Bell in Gateway to eat snacks. I was hungry but then I didn't ate what hon ordered me. I just ate the nachos. My emotions couldn't stop me. I wasn't in the mood to eat or talk either. He took me home but we were not talking to each other. Weird isn't it?
Yesterday, i said sorry to him. For being late..being so lazy, hard headed..for acting like a child. for everything. We're ok now. Next time i shouldn't be late anymore. or at least arrive in the nick of time.. lolz!
